RULERMIND provides AI-assisted legal productivity features. Service scope may vary by plan and product tier.
3. Account and Access
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under their accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the service for unlawful activity, security abuse, infringement of third-party rights, or processing prohibited content.
5. Fees and Billing
Paid plans, if selected, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout or in an applicable order form.
6. Intellectual Property
The Provider retains all rights in the software and service. Users retain rights in their own submitted content, subject to rights required for service operation.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by the user. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, no individualized legal advice is provided.
8. Availability
The Provider targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows and technical interruptions may occur.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability is excluded or limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, except where mandatory liability applies.

11. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate according to the active plan terms, contractual notice periods, and applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention, unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.
